Red Lodge Lions Club was chartered on April 2, 1947

Red Lodge Lions Club is one of the 45,000 clubs of the Lions Club International which is the largest service organization in the world. The Red Lodge Lions club usually has a membership base of 30-40 members. The club meets twice a month(2nd & 4th Monday) from September to May and once a month(2nd Monday) from June to July at 6:00 pm at the back room of the Red Lodge Pizza Company for an optional meal, some Lion business and issues, and a short program of local interest. Meetings are usually over by 7:00 to 7:30 pm.
Brief Statement of Activities

The club participates in many projects. Some of them include:
- Maintaining and improving the Lions Club Park
- Sponsoring scholarships for local students.
- Providing eyeglasses and assistive reading devices for locals in need.
- Cleaning-up along a section of the Beartooth All American Road (US 212) south of town towards the Beartooth Pass.
- Hosting events for local kids such as the Easter egg hunt and a Halloween costume contest.
- Serving food at various community events including the annual Fun Run
